Dear Potential Donor: 

We have an opportunity for you to partner with the Glenwood Hills Cheerleaders.  Our program provides young ladies with an extra-curricular activitiy within the South DeKalb community that will offer positive experiences.  We are sure you would not want to pass up this opportunity to extend a helping hand. 

Cheerleading is a sport that builds self-confidence by uplifting others.  It teaches important life lessons about winning and losing.  Cheering allows the young ladies the opportunity to set goals, to develop a plan and work their plan to achieve the goal.  

Last year we had 55 young ladies involved in our program, which increased from the previous year.  Our plans are to increase the involvement and to gain sponsorship for some girls.  We estimate the cost to be $347 for all the fees for a cheerleader for the season.  Many parents have difficulty with that amount especially with multiple children, but have the desire to have their child involved in a positive, life impacting extra-curricular activity.   

Again, we are asking for you to partner with the Glenwood Hills Cheerleading Program and assist with our cheerleaders.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated in assisting us in reaching our goal.  We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization; therefore, all donations are tax-deductible. 

We hope that we can count on you in helping us reaching our goal and providing a service for the cheerleaders.
